Nitrox Diver

COURSE STANDARDS AND OVERVIEW
This is the entry-level certification course for recreational divers wishing to take advantage of using enriched air Nitrox (EAN) as a breathing gas, to extend bottom times or simply to reduce the amount of nitrogen absorbed during a dive. The objective of the Nitrox course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards, and proper procedures for using Nitrox mixes from 22% to 40% oxygen content.

Upon successful completion of this course, graduates are qualified to enrol in:

• TDI Advanced Nitrox Course
• TDI Decompression Procedures Course
• TDI Semi-closed Rebreather Course.

Prerequisites:

1. Minimum age 15 years.
   
2. Minimum certification of TDI Nitrox Diver (or equivalent).

 

Number of required dives:

No dives are required during this course however two dives are recommended

	2 dives - £160
